Windows Cannot Find rundll32

Windows Cannot Find rundll32

My friend ask me whats happening to his computer. Whenever he try to open an item on control panel an error popup that show " Windows Cannot Find rundll32 ". This problem also occur on Windows XP/7/Vista. The cause of the problem is accidentaly infected by malware that makes your system32 folder to corrupt.

I tried different antivirus but was not successful. The only solution I found is using the system restore of your computer. It will returned every setting and files on the past. Go to all programs > accessories and click on system restore. Now choose your chosen date and start restoring your computer. If you failed to restore your computer and still received Windows Cannot Find rundll32, its a no choice but to reformat your computer.
